株式会社ドリブルが運営する建物。24時間体制でフットサルが運営されている。上の会に行くにつれレベルは上がり、最上階で結果を残すと、殿堂入りする。会員はI.D.カードによって管理され、戦歴に応じて進める階が決定する。 最上階では、ドリブルデザイナーと、ドリブルモンスター、健二、Kが待ち構える。
