Regate de pensamiento

  Piensa en una habitación donde vives solo una vez cada seis toques de goteo

  Baño, aseo, sala de estar, escritorio de estudio.

  Piensa en la habitación una tras otra.

ドリブルの六タッチに一回一人暮らししている部屋の事を一つ考える

風呂場、トイレ、リビング、勉強机

順々に部屋の事を考えていく。

ドリブルをしながら部屋の事だけを考える、一つの事を考える思考のトレーニングと、思考に邪魔されずに、ドリブルを染み込ませるトレーニング。
